The Bahrain Grand Prix took place on 20 March 2022 at the Bahrain International Circuit and covered a distance of 57 laps of 5.412 km each, for a total distance of 308.238 km.
Starting the race from 11th position was Alpine F1 Team’s Esteban Ocon in his Renault-powered A522 race car. In the first race of the season, the Frenchman made up a few positions and finished the race in seventh place.
